Batjargal has experience working at the Mongolian Post Bank, Savings Bank, State Bank, Ulaanbaatar City Bank, and Trade and Development Bank’s Head of asset and liabilities management department.

He is a best  in Mongolia in terms of asset management skills and has 17 years of experience in the field. For 9 years, he held the position of director of the Treasury department.

When Mr. B. Naranbat was working as the deputy director of the State Bank, he was the head of the asset management department of the bank.

Mr. Batjargal, Mr. B. Naranbat saw many opportunities in the financial market. One of them is the asset managemnet between non-banking financial institutions. In 2021, Mongolia’s first money market platform “Money market fund” LLC was founded.

At that time, there was no legal regulation for this type of business in Mongolia. However, in December 2021, according to Decision No. 02 of the Sandbox Council of the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, the service introduced by “Money Market Fund” LLC became the second project in the regulatory environment of the Sandbox and became regulated.

Currently, the company has cooperation agreements with 137 non-banking financial institutions in Mongolia and manages more than 40 billion MNT. In other words, they are intermediating, deploying and connecting loose and short-term resources to other legal entities and investment products using technological advances for mutual benefit.

 We are also focusing on establishing a money market mutual fund in accordance with international standards.
