He has more than 10 years of experience in Mongolian banking and finance industry.
Specifically, he started his career at the largest banks in Mongolia, worked as the director of the local credit department of the Savings Bank for 3 years, and at the local credit department of the State Bank for 3 years.
Mr. Naranbat, right after quit his job as the director of the State Bank, he recruited Mr. Odgerel, and formed his own teams together.
Together, they established “Gyals Tugrug” SCC in 2016 with 20 members
By the end of 2021, the SCC has about 16,000 members and more than 100 employees. It is the second largest savings and loan cooperative in Mongolia in terms of assets and the first in total branches throught out Mongolia.
They also founded “Sendly BBSB” JSC together, and currently B. Odgerel is the executive director of the company.
“Gyals Tugrug ” SCC was established in 2016 with 20 members to support rural citizens and entrepreneurs and provide financial services.
At the end of 2021, it has about 16,000 members and more than 100 employees. It is the second largest savings and loan cooperative in Mongolia in terms of assets and the first for total branches.
Currently, the SCC provides its members with 12 types of savings and loan products online or through mobile applications, via six branches in the Ulaanbaatar and about 50 branches in provinces. It is the only company that has introduced advanced technology among savings and credit cooperatives in Mongolia.
In 2018, “Gyals Tugrug” SCC received the award “The fastest growing savings and loan cooperative in Central Asia” from the “GLOBAL BANKING AND FINANCE AWARDS”.
